What should I expect during the treatment?

At the initial meeting, we begin with an assessment and a talk about the symptoms you're experiencing before we make a treatment plan. We'll share our findings at all stages along the way.

You should come with or wearing shorts, or be comfortable in your underwear. We'll advise what is needed and leave the room for you to prepare, always covering you where possible.

Treatment can be uncomfortable, but not painful. We'll talk with you throughout and will adapt our approach at any point where necessary.

You should expect to leave with some stretches or exercises.

We recommend that you drink plenty of water following a treatment, and not to exercise strenously that same day.

We will advise on further treatment requirements, this varies greatly from person to person.
